Founded in 2015, Venture has grown into a multi-disciplined engineering business supporting customers across motorsport, automotive and advanced engineering.
With design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly and testing all under one roof, we’re able to manage projects of varying scope and complexity from concept through to completion, maintaining the highest standards throughout every stage.
Many members of our team have worked at the highest levels of motorsport and this experience shapes the standards, engineering principles and attention to detail that define the way we work at Venture today.
Our Facility
Our purpose-built facility in Oxfordshire brings every stage of our operations together under one roof – from design and fabrication to assembly and testing.
Equipped with specialist machinery and advanced technologies, our facility gives us the capability to deliver complex engineering projects efficiently, while maintaining control over quality at every stage.
Main Workshop
Includes multiple vehicle build and project bays to support prototype builds and rebuilds.
Fitted with the latest bespoke Dura workshop equipment and vehicle lifts to support build activities as required.

Joe Lofthouse
Manufacturing Director
Working at the highest level of motorsport fabrication for over 20 years, both factory-based and providing track support, Joe’s experience is second-to-none.
Combining a broad knowledge of prototype and precision manufacturing, Joe’s drive for continuous improvement ensures that Venture’s manufacturing facility is industry-leading and provides exceptional quality and standards.
Stuart Gale
Technical Director
Stuart’s connection with mainstream automotive and historic vehicles developed from an early age. His extensive experience at the highest levels of endurance racing helps direct and inform the design and build projects that Venture support.
Stuart’s background in automotive and motorsport build, design and development, is combined with hands-on experience, which means that he understands every aspect of a client’s technical challenge guaranteeing every project exceeds customer expectations.
Adrian Perkins
Operations Director
As the Head of Procurement for world-class motorsport and manufacturing companies, Adrian has built up a network of suppliers who work closely with Venture to provide solutions to any challenge presented by partners and clients.
With a wealth of experience in purchasing, budgeting and project management, Adrian makes sure that the inner workings of Venture are ready to support the business needs and customer requirements efficiently and reactively.
Andrew Williamson
Commercial Director
With a background in motorsport engineering, and over 20 years in operational, commercial and engineering roles for global automotive and technology businesses, Andy brings an exceptional level of expertise to the Venture team.
From developing Pikes Peak class-winning engines to delivering prototype development facilities for EV production, his varied skills, breadth of knowledge, relentless drive, and positive attitude enable Andy to drive Venture’s development and growth within the ever-changing engineering industry.
