Design & Development
Whether starting from a blank sheet or an existing concept, engineering development is carried out in-house - covering CAD, structural analysis, FEA validation, packaging and system architecture, working closely with our manufacturing team from the start.

Manufacture
Chassis, bodywork and structural components are produced in-house to the required project tolerances. Vehicle assembly is carried out as a continuous, controlled process, maintaining design intent from the first part to finished build.

Control Systems & Electrical Architecture
Mechanical, powertrain and electrical systems developed and integrated to the specific requirements of each vehicle. Control systems, LV and HV electrical architecture, harness design and manufacture are all handled in-house - tailored to the demands of each individual build and platform.

Testing & Validation
Every vehicle is validated against its defined performance and operational requirements through rigorous in-house testing and inspection. Systems are verified as an integrated platform, ensuring each vehicle is ready for delivery and its intended application.
