Powertrain Builds & Development
Powertrain build and development programmes - designed, built, calibrated and tested to target.
What We Do
Our expert team of technicians and engineers combine decades of hands-on experience with original period knowledge gained working on many of the systems we support today. From historic race engine rebuilds to bespoke powertrain development programmes, we deliver complete engineering solutions for engines, transmissions and driveline systems.

Capabilities
- Reverse engineering of components through to systems
- In-house manufacture of obsolete parts
- CAD design and engineering development
- Performance optimisation and bespoke system development
- Crack testing and inspection
- Precision assembly and calibration
- Validation and testing support

Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering forms a key part of our powertrain department, allowing us to recreate, develop and support systems where original data or components are no longer available.
From obsolete engine components to gearbox assemblies, we provide detailed inspection, CAD design and simulation, manufacturing, assembly and testing to accurately reverse engineer while maintaining functionality and engineering intent.

Facility
Built To Handle Precision Work
Every project is approached with the same focus on precision and reliability. Operating from our facility in Oxfordshire, we support the complete lifecycle of powertrain build and development programmes, bringing together engineering, manufacturing and technical support teams.
